Accommodations
NELSHEEN sleeps 4 in two staterooms plus one day berth in the companionway. Vinyl wall covering and teak trim in stateroom and heads and companionway. Stall showers in each head. Carpeted sole and vinyl headliner throughout. The interior is in excellent condition.
Salon
Aft of the galley/dinette is the salon. To port in the salon is a large L-shaped leather sofa that runs along the cockpit bulkhead and the port side. There is rod storage under this sofa. There is also a beautiful hi-lo teak table at the sofa. To starboard are the electrical panels as well as an ice maker and liquor storage all the way aft. To starboard aft is the salon door which leads to the cockpit. Teak paneling and cabinetry with L-shaped settee and teak hi/low coffee table. Vinyl headliner with teak hand rail. Teak & Holly foyer. Galley
Up four steps from the companionway are the dinette/galley and the salon. To port is the U-shaped galley. There is a divider between the salon and the galley. All the way to port on the return section of the divider counter is the stainless steel sink. On the forward counter is the cooktop and there is a microwave in the cabinet above the forward counter. All of the cabinets above the forward counter have tabor doors in teak. The floors in the galley are teak and holly. There is a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Sub-Zero freezer under the counter that divides the galley from the salon. Opposite the galley on the starboard side forward is the L-Shaped dinette which features a teak dining table and comfortable seating for four on the dinette seating. An additional four could be seated with portable stools. Master Stateroom
Across from the day head to port is the entrance to the master stateroom. The master features an L-shaped over and under bunk layout. The lower bunk runs athwartship and the upper bunk runs fore and aft along the port hull side. There is an en suite head with an enclosed shower. There is a vanity with a sink and mirrored medicine cabinet. The master stateroom aft bulkhead is mirrored. There is more than sufficient drawer storage under the upper berth and a cabinet under the lower berth. There is also a night table with drawer and a hanging locker. Teak & Holly floors in master head.
Guest/Crew Stateroom
All the way forward is the crew/guest stateroom which has over/under twin bunks along the starboard side. There is drawer storage under the lower bunk. To port in this stateroom is a locker above and forward and a sink along the port side. Aft of the sink is a hanging locker. There is a separate air-conditioner control in this stateroom and carpeting. Aft of the guest/crew stateroom to starboard is the day berth. Below the day berth is rod storage as well as drawer and locker storage. There is a curtain that runs the full length of the day berth. All the way aft on the starboard side is the day/guest head with shower. Teak and Holly floors in day head & guest shower.
Deck
Deck hardware is chromed bronze in good condition.
Cockpit
NELSHEEN'S cockpit is extremely large and roomy and features teak cockpit and NEW teak cover boards in 2007. There is a fish box molded into the transom. Along the aft bulkhead is the bait prep and tackle freezer as well as access to the engine room. There is a transom door as well as two underwater transom lights. There's also a large Murray Bros. tuna chair with a four (4) rod rocket launcher. There are Rupp triple spreader Outriggers and a Rupp Center Rigger. There is a live well above deck to starboard under the bridge ladder. There is an under deck insulated fish box with the Eskimo Icemaker Dump in addition to the aft molded fish box. Flybridge
Access to the flybridge is from a ladder on the starboard side of the salon door. The flybridge's console runs from the port side to starboard. There is a walkthrough on the starboard side to access the seating forward of the console as well as the starboard side seating. The electronics are in raised molded boxes on the console. Both boxes are angled for good visibility from the helm and the radios and lighting switches are recessed with a cover over them to the port side of the helm. The helm pod itself is bright teak as well as the steering wheel. There are single lever controls and all of the gauges are mounted under glass in the helm pod. There is a Murray Bros. teak ladder back helm chair. The bridge is capped in bright teak. There is a NEW Simrad Autopilot AP22 as well as a NEW Phantom VHF Radio with remote access.
Tower
The tower on NELSHEEN is a Bausch Anodized aluminum tower with full controls buggy top Belly band and a port side jump seat. The foredeck of the NELSHEEN is clean. There is a teak toe rail.

Construction
NELSHEEN is constructed with 6" frames 18" on center with Juniper planking with outer plywood fiber glassed over. The frames are Douglas fir. Her fastenings are epoxy anchor fast nails and stainless screws. Her longitudinal stringers are laminated Douglas fir. The bulkheads are fiberglass reinforced plywood fore and aft of the engine room and forward of the forward stateroom. All underwater fittings are cast bronze and her seacocks are cast bronze ball type.
